In-person Registration includes electronic course materials, continental breakfast each day, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and a hosted welcome reception on Friday evening.
Virtual Registration includes electronic course materials and access to all recordings of the presentations until April 12, 2023.
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to MMC2023firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration fee, less a $50 administrative charge is refundable if written cancellation is received prior to March 3, 2023. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date or for conference non-attendance.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any activity if necessary. In such case, full refund of registration fee will be given. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
A block of rooms has been reserved at reduced rates at the Silverado Resort and Spa. Resort guestrooms are available at the rate of $235; junior suites are available at the rate of $280; one-bedroom suites are available at the rate of $315. All rates are per night, single or double occupancy, and subject to $1.50 California Tourism Assessment, 15% tax and a resort fee of $30 (taxable at 15%).
The ‘Multidisciplinary Management of Cancers’ room bock rates will only be available until Monday, February 06, 2023. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis and at regular resort rates.
