Registration will open 6 weeks prior to the meeting, and will be open only to companies who are not exhibiting at the meeting. Please note this registration type is limited to up 3 representatives per company. Any Industry attendees that register as a Provider or ANCO Member will be voided.

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to MMC2024-registration@icsevents.com. Registration fee, less a USD $150 administrative charge is refundable if written cancellation is received prior to February 1, 2024. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date or for conference non-attendance.
We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.

A block of rooms has been reserved at reduced rates at the Silverado Resort and Spa. Resort guestrooms are available at the rate of $235; junior suites are available at the rate of $280; one-bedroom suites are available at the rate of $315. All rates are per night, single or double occupancy, and subject to $1.50 California Tourism Assessment, 15% tax and a resort fee of $30 (taxable at 15%).
The ‘Multidisciplinary Management of Cancers’ room bock rates will only be available until Monday, February 12, 2024. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis and at regular resort rates.
